In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom upholstery or made-to-order pieces, please allow 12-16 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly within the contiguous United States. For international orders, we can coordinate with your preferred freight forwarder based at a US port.
What is your return policy for vintage and one-of-a-kind items?
Due to their unique nature, all vintage finds and 'Scout Label' one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. We encourage reviewing all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.
How are shipping costs calculated for oversized items?
Oversized items like sofas and dining tables are shipped via white-glove delivery. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the item dimensions and the distance to your delivery zip code.
Can I request a fabric sample before purchasing?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches for most of our signature upholstery line. You can order these directly through the product page or by contacting our design team.
