Our Mirabell and Anders Dining Tables made a baby and we named her Cloister. Your welcomeeeee! Scallop detail, lacquer shine on the pedestal base adds even more fun to the design!

Choose from our designer-curated selections, or select 'A Custom Lacquer Color' to create yours in any paint color (simply note your color of choice at checkout with the paint code).

To ensure our product meets your expectations, we encourage you to order a finish sample when available. Our lacquer shines with a glossy finish. The darker the color, the more reflective and shiny your piece will be. Formed from a blend of resins and solvents, lacquer creates a durable, candy coat surface similar to that of a grand piano.

At Scout Design Studio, we pride ourselves on both extraordinary craftsmanship as well as using superior materials for our custom-built furniture program. Our bespoke products are proudly manufactured in Dallas, Texas by a team of more than 40 skilled artisans. We use domestically sourced woods – including but not limited to Birch and Poplar – as well as Plywood and MDF panels that comply with EPA TSCA Title V standards. Our fine veneers are carefully sourced from European and American purveyors to ensure exceptional quality and beauty in appearance while also responsibly maximizing log yield.

Care:

Use protection with liquids. Wipe spills immediately and do not allow liquid to collect on the surface.
Avoid contact with hot items. Use placemats or barriers as necessary.
Clean using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive materials such as paper towels.
Do not use harsh chemicals and detergents as they may damage or deteriorate the finish.
Wood is a natural material and responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Extreme fluctuations can cause wood furniture to crack and/or finishes to lift. As a precaution, do not place wood furniture directly above or below air vents/space heaters.
