At Scout Design Studio, we want you to be thrilled with your unique finds; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible furniture and decor items. Please note that custom upholstery, vintage pieces, and 'as-is' items are considered final sale.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Securely repack your item in its original professional packaging and crate to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our studio.

  • 3.
    Arrange Transportation

    Ship the item back to our Dallas showroom using a trackable, insured carrier; please note that original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our team inspects the item and confirms it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
